Agritourism Startup Series is a virtual farmer-to-farmer group coaching program where you learn alongside other women in AG building or expanding agritourism ventures. Every other week, we meet online for focused lessons, practical tools, and open discussion and coaching. You’ll get guidance from my real life experiences, hear real examples from fellow farmers, and walk away with clear steps to take action on your own farm. It’s collaborative, supportive, and designed to turn big ideas into real, doable action.

This program is designed specifically for farmers who:

• Have livestock

• Have never hosted visitors (yep- bring those big scary dreams), or are in year one

• Want to create small-group private experiences (1–6 people) or simple farm events (up to 40 guests) that are profitable

• Want a clear path to earning at least $1,000/month in new agritourism income

• Want real-world advice from someone who has actually built this (hey, me, a real farmer, Victoria!)

• Prefer moderate tech (booking calendar, social media marketing, simple automations) to manage your new venture without hiring.

• Want community, clarity, accountability, and farmer-to-farmer support

During this 3-month journey you’ll learn how to:

• Choose your signature agritourism experience

• Price your experiences profitably

• Structure safe, smooth visitor experiences

• Avoid the common (and costly) new-farmer mistakes

• Market your experience using simple social media + email ideas

• Set up a booking calendar, payments, and confirmations

• Start receiving bookings before spring

The Agritourism Startup Series gives you:

• One live group lesson call each month (see below for schedule)

• One live group Q&A and coaching call for individualized support

• A group chat thread via Voxer for additional support and coaching in-between calls

• Lifetime access to a shared Google Drive for all call replays and bonus documents

This program is open to an exclusive number of participants decided via applications. You can apply through December 31st, 2025. If selected, you will be notified and invoiced in the first week of January, 2026. The program officially begins January 15th, 2026 and runs through April 15th, 2026.

The investment to participate in this group coaching style program is $150/month for three months ($450 in total). Your invoice will split your payments into three monthly installments.
