We DO NOT raise miniature cattle, nor do we support the “house cow” movement. These animals are expected to mature to over 1,000lbs each. We are happy to teach, educate and share what we know- but we are not the breeder for you if you are looking for “miniature” stock.
About the Herd…
-

Bloodlines
We currently have both HHCA and AHCA stock. All of our cattle are full blood, standard size Highlands. Most will mature to around 900-1,200lbs. We have found that the highlands are hearty, have a laid back personality and thrive in the cool winter months. We currently AI all of our females in order to bring in the best genetics to enhance those qualities.

Timeline
Calves are normally available twice a year. All available cattle will be best matched with those who have completed our inquiry form. We will have all calves halter broke to tie, ear tagged, vaccinated and health papers recorded from the vet prior to sale. Calves are generally ready for their new home around 8 months of age. Deposits are taken on live calves only.
