9D Breathwork Highland Cow Integration

As autumn drapes the fields in gold and the air carries the first hint of chill, we’ll gather under the open evening sky for a night of deep presence, gentle release, and connection to the heart of what matters.
We begin with Anchor to Presence, a soothing yet potent 9D Breathwork + Reiki journey designed to guide you out of the loops of overthinking and into the steady rhythm of your own breath.
Through carefully chosen down-regulating breath patterns, hypnotic guidance, Reiki’s soft touch, and the healing frequencies of a 432Hz soundscape, we’ll slow the noise of the mind and return to the only place our power truly lives: the present moment.
With headphones and an eye mask provided, you’ll be fully supported to rest into the experience, letting go of the pull of the past, the weight of the future, and coming home to now.
Integration with Highland Cows
After the breathwork, we’ll step into the grounding presence of Black Rock Farm’s Highland cows, nature’s quiet co-regulators.Each participant will have intentional one-on-one time—brushing, feeding, or simply being still in their company. Animals have a remarkable way of holding space for what is most true in us, making it easier to anchor the insights, emotions, and shifts from your journey.

Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Small pillow and blanket

Class size is limited to 12 participants for a deeply personal, immersive evening.
