Flower Field Private Rental

Our first ever field of zinnias and wildflowers is looking stunning and we are officially taking reservations for private field rentals!

FIELD RENTAL DETAILS:

Our flower field can be booked in one hour time slots based off of our appointment calendar below
The field is approximately ¼ of an acre and is along our gravel farm lane and next to a hay field, lots of great wide open spaces for photo opportunities!
There will be props in the field for your use such as whisky barrels, wooden benches, wooden ladder, etc.
Field rental does NOT include time with our highland cows or photos with our highland cows
Time slots are available in the evenings. After 4:30pm the field is part sun/part shade (great for those hot summer days)
We are currently booking for August only. We will re-evaluate based on bloom status for September availability.

FIELD RULES:

The field does not include a farm staff member, it is solely your responsibly to drive out to our flower field, follow the parking signs and treat the field with respect while you are there.
Photographers may book and invite clients, or clients can book and bring a photographer- no limit on people for the hour timeslot. Photographers - it is your responsibility to relay parking information and rules to your clients.
Two dozen blooms may be picked per one hour session (water, vases and clippers NOT provided)
Guests will have to drive out to the flower field and park above the flowers in a dirt lot. NO PARKING in any grass fields as those are hay fields (my husband will never let me do this again if we ruin the hay fields…lol). You will get specific parking instructions with your booking confirmation email and there will be signs to follow. Please make sure all parties understand this as there is no staff member specifically assigned to guide you to the field.
NO PETS, NO ALCOHOL. NO EXCEPTION.

WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS:

Once booked, no full refunds will be issued. You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment start time for a 50% refund. You can cancel an appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued or appointments rescheduled under 48 hours before your appointment start time.
It is the responsibility of those booking the appointment to reschedule on their own if weather is a concern. I will not contact you to make adjustments.
